Refund Policy

At Shuddho Ruchi, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a simple and clear return and refund process.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return a product if:

  • It is damaged, expired, or wrongly delivered.

  • You notify us within 3 days of receiving the product.

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Items not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used self-care products (due to hygiene reasons).

  • Perishable food items (unless damaged or spoiled).

  • Clearance or promotional items.

2. Return Process

  • Contact our support team via phone, Facebook page, or email within 3 days.

  • Provide a photo/video of the product issue, along with your order ID.

  • Our team will review and arrange pickup or instruct return shipping.

3. Refund Options

  • Once your return is approved and the product is received in acceptable condition, you will receive your refund within 3–5 business days.

  • You can choose your preferred refund method:

  • bKash (Personal or Merchant)

  • Nagad

  • Rocket

  • Bank Transfer

  • We will request the necessary payment details (e.g., number, bank account, etc.) during the refund confirmation process.

4. Refund Conditions

  • Refunds will be processed only after inspection of the returned item.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.

  • If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), you must provide a mobile wallet number or bank details for the refund.
