2. Return Process

Provide a photo/video of the product issue, along with your order ID.

Our team will review and arrange pickup or instruct return shipping.
3. Refund Options

Once your return is approved and the product is received in acceptable condition, you will receive your refund within 3–5 business days.

4. Refund Conditions

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.

If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), you must provide a mobile wallet number or bank details for the refund.
