We currently ship across Bangladesh, covering major cities and remote areas. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

3. Delivery Time

Dhaka City: 1–3 business days
Outside Dhaka: 2–5 business days
Note: Delivery times may vary based on location, weather, or courier delays.

4. Shipping Charges

Inside Dhaka: ৳ 80
Outside Dhaka: ৳ 100 – ৳ 130
Free Delivery on orders above ৳ 2000

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer a cash-on-delivery service across Bangladesh. Simply pay in cash when your order arrives at your doorstep.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation SMS or email with tracking details. You can use this information to follow your order’s journey.
